Memo app - program for managing utility bills

If you want to save on utility payments, the Memo app can help you monitor and analyze your expenses. Don't just pay the bill and throw it away - use the information to track your usage habits. If you pay close attention, you can see where your household may be inefficient. For example, you might notice that your electricity bill is half bigger than it was last year the same month and then walk into your son's room and discover he's mining Bitcoin :)

This is especially interesting and useful now, when many people are installing smart home systems, solar panels, home batteries and recycling machines. How will you calculate how much you've saved if you haven't recorded your spending before?

Keeping paper bills is inconvenient - they're always getting lost. Therefore, you can simply make a photo of a bill and quickly add it to the Memo app. You can create a special "Utility Bills" tag to quickly list all bills, or if needed - create separate tags for electricity, gas, water, internet and trash recycling. I recommend writing the amount from each bill as a memo header so you can quickly see a clear picture.

It's also useful because various online services often ask for a copy of utility bill as a proof of residency. If you keep track of your bills electronically, you won't have to wait a whole month for the next bill to register somewhere.

There are special iOS, Android apps and desktop programs for tracking utility bills. However, you probably don't want to have a separate app for this. The advantage of the Memo app is that you have everything stored in one place - your memories, contacts, home stuff catalog, books, medical records, etc... With the Memo app's search you can find the bill you need faster than you find a separate billing app on your computer or phone.
