Health is the most important thing in our life and when something happens to our health, it greatly impacts current events and sometimes dramatically changes our lifestory. So health incidents are an important and integral part of our history and for sure you'll add them to Memo app.
The first good thing is that health-issue related memories will help you recall other (maybe not so bad) events and details. But health records in Memo app are useful not only from a historical perspective - they also help to improve your current health.
Keeping health records is very useful. You can't even imagine how often we make the same mistakes if we don't record our experience: what factors caused illnesses, what medications/treatments helped us well and which made things worse. Even in the short term, we often forget what doctor told us - how many times a day to take medication, what products are not allowed to eat.... If you save this information in Memo app, you will definitely improve your health.
You can attach photos of prescriptions, lab-test results and X-rays to your records. And because this medical stuff is linked to other life-events - you'll definitely find these recirds, even if you can't remember, for example, the name of a medication.
Furthermore, looking at your long-term health history in Memo app - will definitely motivate you. You'll understand how important your health was in your life and why it's so important to take care of it now. You'll also be able to give timely advice to your children and grandchildren, basing on your own mistakes or lifehacks.

Actually, we're developing a special program for medical records - Goopatient. It's more functional and professional. You can use it to create your medical card (and emergency card) which contains your primary health data: blood type, list of major illnesses, allergies, vaccinations and insurance policies. In Goopatient you can also keep a health diary with #tags, similar to Twitter or Facebook. It also features preset categories (illnesses, medications, tests, etc.), health indicators, a Pain Marker (which lets you mark pain on a body-image), a health calendar, an emergency card and a mobile app for Android.
But Goopatient is more appropriate when you really have many health issues or want to keep health records for your family. In other cases it's an overkill, while Memo app provides must-have minimum for health records. Besides it's suitable to have all important information in one place - Memo app contains not only health records, but also your photos, books, music, invoices, job opportunities, etc.
